Irwin Siegel Agency, Inc. (ISA) is pleased to announce QPR, a new suicide prevention and client safety initiative. In a partnership with the QPR Institute and Eastern Washington University, we now have available a new multi-media, interactive online suicide prevention gatekeeper training program.

Over 30,000 Americans complete suicide each year, many of whom have a diagnosable mental illness or co-occurring disorder. Depression is the leading cause of suicide worldwide. Preventing suicide means detecting untreated or under-treated depression and other mental health issues and accessing competent medical and mental health treatment.

QPR (Question, Persuade, Refer) is a widely-taught suicide prevention training program to provide immediate, bold intervention in order to produce the pre-determined result of saving a life.
